Jaeger Dashboard Instruments
Many of the instruments found on the standard production Alvis FWD cars were supplied by British Jaeger from their Cricklewood works. Photos of such instruments on surviving cars can be found in the Photo Gallery on this site.
The clock, rev counter, Hobson Telegauge, speedometer and oil gauge were all housed within a pressed steel panel which was also of Jaeger manufacture and appeared on many makes of car with different combinations of instruments.
Here, we provide links to some period literature from Jaeger which may assist in identification of suitable instruments.
