Chassis 7191
This is a 1928 FD type two seater, originally with
a Le Mans body. The car was owned by Tony Cox for some 25 years, during
which time it was restored and a new TT Replica body constructed (as the
original had long since disappeared). In the hands of Gerry Michelmore,
this car was the first Alvis FWD to win a race in 53 years, at the 1986 VSCC
Donington Park meeting.
